Shipping policy

  1. The customer must specify their exact location on the map, and the address must include complete and clear details such as building or villa number, apartment number, street name, city, and postal code. In addition, the recipient’s name and phone number must be provided.
  2. The store aims to process and deliver orders quickly within 4 to 7 business days from the date the order is handed over for shipment within all governorates of Egypt.
  3. The store apologizes for any inability to ship or deliver an order in case of unexpected circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the store management will notify the customer and refund the order amount as soon as possible depending on the situation.
  4. Orders are handed over to the shipping company on business days only, from Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
  5. Any error or missing information in the order details, such as incorrect phone numbers or incomplete addresses, may lead to delivery delays, and the customer will be responsible for this.
  6. The store cannot deliver or ship orders to incomplete or unregistered addresses, nicknames, or inaccurate recipient names. Customers will be notified, and the order may be canceled if necessary.
  7. If the customer cannot be reached or refuses to accept the order for reasons not related to an error in the shipped products, the store will return the order and charge the customer the shipping cost, or deduct it from any amount prepaid through the online store.
